Flemish has a very different pronunciation to Dutch e.g. the letter g is pronounced softly in Flanders but is guttural in the Netherlands.

About two thirds of the Belgian population speaks Flemish, which is the only official language of the Flemish Region.

There are plenty of vocabulary differences between Flemish and Dutch- for example, the word 'schoon' in Flemish means 'beautiful', whereas in the Netherlands it means 'clean'.
